Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh (Work from Office)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:
Lead generation and data entry into Excel (client database management).
Managing emails (checking and composing professional emails).
Effective communication with clients to ensure smooth interactions.
Follow-up on previous client interactions and maintain relationships.
Conducting internet research to identify potential clients.
Meeting daily targets of generating 30-40 new client contacts (including HR management details, phone numbers, emails, websites, business types, and services needed).
Providing daily reports with updated client information.
Promoting and selling digital products through strategic outreach.
Educational Requirements:
HSC/Bachelor’s degree from any local institution.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in their self-living area.
Experience Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience (preferred).
Prior experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and MS Excel is a plus.
